Young Alumni Leadership Committee
The goal of the young alumni leadership committee is to promote increased participation and engagement for Xavierites who have graduated within the past 15 years. The Leadership Committee has four components:| Lagniappe | Identify and promote alumni activities that foster camaraderie and Xavier spirit. |
| Outreach | Identify and promote activities that connect alumni with current and prospective students and their respective communities |
| Networking | Identify and promote activities that will assist Xavierites with career planning, job searches, and acquiring valuable resources. |
| Development | Identify and promote events that will develop financial support for the University. |
